We’ve come a long way since we opened our doors in 2004, our facility and programming proves it. At RPM Fitness we know who we are and who we want to train at our facility.

We target individuals who are looking to maximise their potential over consistent training. We are for those who want training structure and guidance. We are for those who want a gym that they feel comfortable to be in and not intimidated before they even walk through the door. At RPM Fitness all new members receive 3 one-to-one coached sessions so you are educated, train safe and are confident within the gym so you know how to carry out our fundamental exercises and how to warm up / cool down correctly.

With over 20 years of experience in personal training and gym management, we have carefully selected all equipment within our gym to get the most of your training. If you are an experienced gym user or a new starter, you are guaranteed a gym that caters for your specific training needs.
