Gavin

Gavin (BSc, Dip PT)

Gavin has a background steeped in sport science education, coaching and world class sporting participation. Starting out a BTECH diploma in sports science which led on to a degree in the same subject. Then in 2004 gaining a diploma in personal training.

Since forming RPM Fitness in 2004 Gavin has gained valuable experience coaching over 1000 people in the fitness and nutrition sector and is also furthering his education in sepcialised subjects such as core training, Olympic weight lifting and is currently studying an advanced diploma in Nutrition.

Over the years we have used tried and tested various methods to gain the best results for our PT clients. Some have worked, some haven’t but we have the experience to know there is not a one size fits all approach and everyone is treated as an individual tailored to their specific needs.

Jon

Jon

Jon holds a BSc in Sports Science and a Diploma in sports massage therapy. He is personal coach and group fitness trainer. Jon has developed an extensive background in strength, conditioning, speed, endurance, and agility training from coaching many athletes over the years.

Jon now incorporates a holistic approach to his client training sessions, targeting all components of health and wellness. His focus on teaching proper form, posture, and balance helps ensure client’s body and spatial awareness while exercising. Furthermore Jon aims to educate clients, help them obtain positive behaviour changes, and create lifelong healthy habits.

Hannah

Hannah

Hannah is from Wrexham and is a level 3 PT and a level 1 Cross fit trainer. With over 14 years in the industry, this level of experience has meant adapting different strategies to accommodate clients with various varying lifestyles to achieve health and fat loss goals.

Hannah has a passion for coaching which shines through in our group and one to one sessions. Hannah’s view is "that your workouts and nutrition should support your daily routine and help you achieve and maintain a level of fitness that allows you to keep doing the activities you love, while minimizing the risks of illness and injury".

Nick

Nick (BSc, Dip PT)

Nick first began his career path by studying a Sports Science (Exercise therapy + rehab) degree which then led him onto a national diploma in personal training and nutrition.

He continually undertakes development courses to enhance his knowledge and ensure he is able to pass on the latest techniques to his clients.

Having a broad range of clientèle with a variety of goals and needs, he has the knowledge and experience to help all types of people regardless of age, ability, background and goals.
