Gavin Rogers

Gavin Rogers
(BSc, Dip PT)

Gavin has a background steeped in sport science education, coaching and world class sporting participation. Starting out a BTECH diploma in sports science which led on to a degree in the same subject. Then in 2004 gaining a diploma in personal training.

Since forming RPM Fitness in 2004 Gavin has gained valuable experience coaching over 1000 people in the fitness and nutrition sector and also furthering education in sepcialised subjects such as core training, Olympic weight lifting and currently studying an advanced diploma in Nutrition.

Over the years we have used tried and tested various methods to gain the best results for our PT clients. Some have worked some haven’t but we have the experience to know there is not a one size fits all approach and everyone is treated as an individual tailored to their specific needs.

James Radhi

James Radhi
(BA, Dip PT)

James completed his Level 3 Personal Training Diploma in 2014. Since that time he has worked with clients from a variety of backgrounds, with goals from weight loss and muscle building, to mobility and flexibility improvement. James also works regularly with sports based clients such as those involved in tennis and boxing.

Since achieving his diploma, James has undertaken additional qualifications in a relatively short space of time to ensure his knowledge is always at the forefront in the fitness industry. These include UK Strength and Conditioning Accreditation Foundation Certificate, Hatton Academy Advanced Instructor and Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist.

Whatever your goals may be, James will give you 100% dedication as your trainer, and with his knowledge and experience aims to help you achieve those goals.

Nick McCormick

Nick McCormick

I first began my career path by studying Sports Science(Exercise therapy + rehab) degree which then led me onto a national diploma in personal training and nutrition.

I continually undertake development courses to enhance my knowledge and ensure I'm able to pass on the latest techniques to my clients.

Having a broad range of clientèle with a variety of goals and needs, I have the knowledge and experience to help all types of people regardless of age, ability, background and goals.
